How Freight Delivery Works
Large machines ship through an LTL freight carrier. Here is what to expect.
🚚Curbside delivery
Freight is delivered to the curb or driveway entrance. The driver does not move equipment inside the property.
▣Delivery appointment
The carrier calls to arrange a delivery window. Use a phone number you will answer.
✓Inspect before signing
Check the crate and machine before signing. Note damage on the receipt and take photographs.
♙Someone must be present
An adult must receive and sign. The carrier may charge for a missed appointment.

From Confirmation to Delivery

A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.
Order processed
We prepare and dispatch the order within 1–3 business days.
Tracking sent
Your tracking number is emailed after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

For freight orders, the carrier calls to arrange delivery.

We do not add handling, fuel, residential-delivery or limited-access fees after checkout. A carrier can charge for redelivery if nobody attends a scheduled appointment or for an address change after dispatch. We will disclose the carrier amount before charging it.
